Clear rules for real-world encounters.
These terms apply to use of the currently available PingGo app and related account functions. Updated: 12 Aug 2026.
1. Provider and scope
The provider is Lorenz Reiser-Deligny, Ernastraße 15, 45130 Essen, Germany. Contact: support@pinggoapp.de.
2. Minimum age
PingGo is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
3. Account and credentials
Users must provide correct account information and protect their credentials. Security links and account access must not be passed to other people.
4. Conduct toward others
Harassment, threats, deception, unauthorized disclosure of another person's data, abusive contact attempts and unlawful use are prohibited. Other users' boundaries must be respected.
5. Real-world encounters
PingGo provides technical contact and encounter features but cannot guarantee another person's identity, intentions or conduct. Users decide whether and how a real-world contact takes place.
6. Content and media
Users may upload only content they are allowed to use and that does not infringe the rights of others.
7. Protective measures
Where safety or abuse concerns arise, PingGo may restrict functions, hide content or temporarily or permanently suspend accounts where necessary to protect the service and other users.
8. Availability and development
PingGo continues to evolve. Features may be changed, added or temporarily limited for technical or safety reasons.
9. Account deletion
Users can initiate account deletion through the available account functions. Statutory retention duties and necessary safety periods may temporarily prevent immediate deletion of individual data.
10. Liability
Statutory liability rules apply.
11. Changes
Material changes to these terms will be communicated in an appropriate form. Where renewed consent is required, it will be obtained before continued use.
