Account emails

PingGo uses email to operate and secure user accounts. Messages are initiated by an account action or an important security event.
PingGo does not use purchased mailing lists and does not send unsolicited bulk email. Marketing messages, if introduced later, will require separate, explicit user consent and a clear unsubscribe option.
Responsible delivery
Clear purpose. Limited volume. User-triggered.
Authentication email is used solely to verify identity, restore account access and communicate essential account information. Delivery events, bounces and complaints will be monitored to protect recipients and sender reputation.
